Can I send my CV to TSB for employment?

If you are applying for a specific role, please apply using the online application form. If you are unable to find the role you are looking for we advise you to sign up for job alerts which will inform you when suitable jobs are registered.

What support is available for disabled candidates?

What is the working environment like?

We have a number of different sites across the UK all of which have their own unique environment. Do I need the unrestricted right to work in the UK?

We welcome applications from diverse backgrounds and nationalities; however eligibility requirements as laid out by the Home Office must be met to work in the UK.

What career prospects can I expect in a company like TSB?

We have branches, offices, contact centres and operations centres across the UK, with fantastic opportunities across a large variety of areas. We have a performance based culture and there are lots of opportunities to progress if you have the drive, determination and skills to succeed.

How can I check my application has been received?

You will receive an automatic acknowledgement email confirming that your application has been received. You can also log on to the 'My Job Board' section of the site, where you can view the status of your application

Is there an age limit for joining TSB?

No. TSB actively promotes diversity and encourages applications from all age groups. (Candidates must however be at least 16 years old).

Will I receive a uniform? Is there a dress code?

This will depend on the role you applied for.  Customer facing roles within the branch network are normally provided with a uniform with business casual dress for all other roles.  You will have the opportunity to ask questions as you progress through the process.

Do I need any specific qualifications?

This will depend on the role you have applied for. Job descriptions will outline the qualifications required for each role.

Why do you need my Date of Birth and what do you use it for?

Your date of birth will only be used for the purposes of identification and to ensure that you are of a legal age to work. This information is not used as part of our selection process or for decision-making purposes.

If my application is successful what references will you take up?

As a financial services organisation, we are committed to adopting the highest standards and within the recruitment of employees, numerous background checks are completed including:

Credit, Criminal Record, Sanctions and  Staff Fraud plus proof of address, previous employment and academic references.  In some cases, role specific checks will be required to comply with our regulators.  You will also be required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
