Telephony

We have four key contact centres in the UK to support our customers; two dealing with personal customers, one for mortgage customers and one where our Partners talk with business customers. Within these four centres we will employ over 700 people who deal with customers every day, 24/7 and are the voice of TSB. They help us build lasting customer relationships and identify customer needs.
