The TSB Change Team is responsible for managing change across the TSB business. Their primary objective is to deliver change successfully across TSB, ensuring that customer service is maintained or improved and that regulatory requirements are met.
Working closely with all the TSB businesses, and using change expertise, the team mobilises and delivers change through the lifecycle from concept to deployment. Services range from leading the delivery of key bank-wide strategic initiatives to helping to develop local, business unit change through the consistent application of change management / assurance tools and techniques.
As well as drawing on a wealth of internal knowledge the team also works closely with our third party suppliers and is based in four main hubs: Edinburgh, Gloucester, London and Sheldon.
