Our Customer Value Management (CVM) team uses customer data, systems, processes and colleague expertise to better meet our customers’ needs.
Developing and maintaining the customer and product data modelling that underpins our marketing activity, our CVM team delivers the customer insights that help ensure our lead generation and marketing campaigns are properly targeted and controlled, delivering real value for our customers. Furthermore, our CVM team produces the measures and drivers to help us understand how our customers feel about our service through our Net Promoter Score and Customer Research capabilities.
