Customer Relations

Delivering great service to our customers is what we strive for in TSB but we know that sometimes things don’t always go to plan. For times when that happens, our Customer Relations support team is there to make sure we resolve as many customer complaints right first time as possible.

Based in Sheldon, Birmingham and Barnwood in Gloucester, the team is a mix of Phone a Friend (PAF) advisors and complaint handlers who support each other in handling complaints. Offering advice and guidance as a first step and then, when necessary, taking over the handling of the complaint by completing any investigatory work.
