Our customer service operations Partners interact with every area of TSB and without their support we simply wouldn’t function. Their primary focus is providing excellent service to all of our customers.

We’ve got key operations centres in Gloucester, Edinburgh, Sheldon, Sunderland, Swansea and Bristol and they’re all critical to making sure our customers can access their money when and where they need it. Behind the scenes, the team manage everything from our cash machines to new account and product applications, as well as keeping customer accounts up to date and protected against fraud. They also make sure customer payments are handled on time, as well as being there to provide general help and support to our customers when they need it.

For those situations where our customers need help through times of financial difficulty, our Collections and Recoveries team are there to support them. Helping them find ways to meet their credit commitments and keep their accounts on track. We’ve got a range of solutions to help customers recover their credit-worthiness by paying the money they owe.
