Working hand in hand with Partners across TSB, using their wealth of change expertise - agile in particular - the team mobilises and delivers change through the whole change lifecycle. From initial concept right through to implementation. Services range from leading the delivery of key bank-wide strategic initiatives, to helping to develop local, business unit change through the consistent application of change management /assurance tools and techniques. And more recently in an agile way.
Being a different kind of bank means change and constantly improving and evolving our business to get things right for our customers is what we do. So the team have become experts in leading change quickly. Based across a number of our offices, Edinburgh, Gloucester, London, Bristol and Sheldon the team also work closely with our range of third party suppliers.
