Our Customer Value Management (CVM) team uses customer data, systems, processes, and Partner expertise to meet our customers’ needs.

Every day the team are busy developing and maintaining the customer, product, and channel data modelling and analysis that underpins our marketing activity. Whilst also delivering customer insights that help make sure our lead generation and marketing campaigns hit the mark in a targeted and controlled way. Delivering real value for our customers. Not to mention supporting our strategic decision making.

Our CVM team also produce the measures and drivers to help us understand how our customers feel about our services through our Net Promoter Score and Customer Research capabilities.
