Hopefully you’ve already noticed that we don’t think of ourselves as a normal bank. So we’ve made sure that our reward and benefits package reflects our values and sets us apart from other banks.

When you join us, you’ll be eligible for various benefits:

  • A Flexible Benefits scheme, where TSB will give you a payment equivalent to 4% of your base salary to use on the scheme. You can use this to select from a variety of benefits - such as private medical cover, holiday trading, and a number of insurance products - or you can choose to simply receive cash. 
  • A competitive defined contribution pension scheme, with employer contributions of up to 13% of your base salary.
  • The chance to receive our discretionary annual TSB Award. All our Partners have the opportunity to receive the same TSB Award as a percentage of their basic salary.
