Branch Roles

From the Highlands in Scotland to Truro in Cornwall, our many branches are our TSB hubs on the high street.  They offer our 5 million customers a welcoming place to go to do their day-to-day banking, open new accounts as questions or just have a chat with us about life (sometimes over a cuppa).

Business Banking

We believe that small, independent businesses and entrepreneurs are the backbone of the British economy.  That’s why we’re focused on a programme to grow the number of customers we serve.

From talking to new customers, relationship management and wider support, to specialist lending and product development teams, our Business Banking team provides a range of vital and specialist support to new and existing small and medium-sized business customers over the telephone.

 

Mortgages

Helping our customers buy their own homes is a key part of our business. Join one of our dynamic mortgage teams and you’ll help our many customers make those important moves.

Intermediary team

Our 50-strong Intermediary team work with over 8,000 mortgage advisers across the country. We’ve been disrupting the industry since 2015 with our lightning-fast decision making and unwavering support for our customers throughout their entire mortgage journey. It’s how we’ve established ourselves as one of the top intermediary lenders.

In-Branch team

In our branches, we have more than 155 mortgage advisers and 280-plus mortgage promise colleagues working together to make life-changing moments happen for our customers - from buying their first home to saving money on their existing deal.

Contact Centre

Our customer contact centres are based in Sunderland, Swansea and Birmingham, with a team who work hard to deliver great conversations around helping our customers develop confidence when sorting their finances.  We serve millions of customers over the phone or thorugh our Online chat and Social media teams.

Our Customer Service Consultants spend their time helping people when they call the bank, dealing with a range of enquiries and providing great customer service each and every time.

Customer Operations

Our Customer Operations teams are at the heart of our business. Made up of curious, fun, and helpful individuals, together they own the customer experience by keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
