Customer Service Partners - Business Banking.
To support our goal of bringing more competition and choice to the UK market, we’re setting out to strengthen our support for local businesses that form the lifeblood of the UK economy and bring much needed competition to the business banking market. So we’re looking for people to join our business banking team in Edinburgh, who have a talent for talking to people and a flair for understanding what they need and identifying the best way to support them.
Our brilliant Customer Service Partners are there to provide a fantastic customer experience by building great relationships and treating our business banking customers like individuals. Getting to know them and their business needs and being at the end of the phone with expert help and advice when they need us. We'd love it if candidates had a background in customer service but it's not essential. We'll fully develop you when you join and encourage you to develop a fulfilling career with us in TSB.
To make sure we can support our customers when they need us, our Business Banking Centre is open 7am to 8pm Monday – Friday and 9am to 2pm on Saturday. So we’re looking for Partners who could support our customers during these hours via a range of shift patterns.
Fraud Officers - Risk.
We've got some great opportunities that have come up in our Risk team for Fraud Officers.
Risk play a key role for us in keeping our bank safe. Covering everything from fraud, to underwriting and helping our customers borrow well. They provide us expert advice and guidance to make sure we're compliant with regulation and the law. Basically, they're all about delivering the best outcomes for our customers.
These roles in our Application and Post Application Fraud (APAF) team are perfect for recent graduates or school leavers looking to take first steps on the career ladder. Don't worry if you don't have banking experience. Some previous work experience and a willingness to learn is enough to get you started. We'll help you with the rest - the training, the tools and the support to do the job, but also the opportunity to build a lasting career.
The job itself will provide a number of challenges as we fight against fraud. You'll learn how to use tools and technology to investigate potential fraudulent account applications but your problem solving will come into their own as each case is different. The team work with lots of other departments, so you'll be building relationships across our business and able to put your great communication skills to use when speaking with both customers and other Partners in TSB. But more importantly, your passion and desire to help our customers will always be at the heart of everything you do.
